The Challenge
Intel had created a brand new product category; “2 in 1” computers that transform from laptops into tablets. Many shoppers were unfamiliar with this innovation and were afraid to pick them up and try them. Intel wanted to introduce people through an irresistible hands-on interactive experience in retail stores.

Our Solution
We teamed up with Grammy award winning artist Ne-Yo to create an interactive music video for his upcoming single that people could control using Intel 2 in 1 devices. We crafted the entire experience inside and out from software to hardware. Designing each interface, creative directing the video, and working with our in-house dev/vfx team to match the experience with our custom table installation.

Custom 4K Touch Display


We designed and programmed a custom, touchscreen installation that created an immersive setting to feature Intel's 2 in 1 devices. Up to 2 people could interract at one time to tag-team the music video experience.

Laptop Mode
for Music

When one of the devices was opened up as a laptop, the interface would change to allow the user to change the music. Buttons allowed the user to turn on and off vocals, bass, drums, and piano as well as sound effects.

Tablet Mode
for Lights

When the device was flipped into it's tablet form, the screen would change to a set up buttons that would then control the lights, lasers, and special effects like fog and confetti.
